3. Package Up Unit & Enclose Radio Repair Form
4. Mail Package To Our Listed Location

• Once shipped unit has arrived to us, we will evaluate the problem
• After evaluation of Unit, we will then email you the estimate for repair
• The $65.00 Paid After Checkout Is The Fee To Evaluate Unit
• If You Decide On Not Having Your Unit Repaired, We Will Return Your Unit
• Customer is responsible for all shipping
• The $65.00 is Non-Refundable For Unrepaired Units Because You Have Paid For An Evaluation Service That Has Been Performed.
• If You Decide To Have Your Unit Repaired, The $65.00 Evaluation Fee Will Be Taken Out Of Repair Fee

If unit has stuck CD do not attempt to remove discs as to further damage radio. We will return all stuck CDs back with your repaired unit. If unit has major damages due to customer abuse, additional charges may apply.
